Returns & Exchanges

At feat.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
